Contributor: Eleanor Pearson of Little Canada
Date of picture: 1930 or 1931
Date of contribution: ca. 2010
Caption: “The April 17 contribution to your series on itinerant photographers, from Irish Lady of Baldwin, Wis., prompted me to send my picture to you. Our story was almost the same. My father was taking care of me and woke me from my nap to have my photo taken. I also wasn’t very happy. The year was 1930, and it’s the only baby picture I have of me — so thanks to Papa.
“Eleanor always wondered what it would be like to be 80. Now she knows.”
